Details: Designed by Bruce Kilgore and first released onto the market in 1982, the Air Force 1 was the first basketball shoe to incorporate Nike Air technology. Since then it has become renowned not only for its sporting performance, but also as a casual shoe of choice (for the public and celebrity alike) and a cultural icon. It has even been celebrated in music - in 2002 Nelly and his St Lunatics released their Air Force Ones track. One of the reasons for the shoe's enduring popularity is undoubtedly the selection of classic colourways that are released and re-released. This particular shoe is one such example, using unusual colour blocking for a new twist.
