UK Delivery

How much is it?
Standard 48 hour delivery is completely FREE! on all orders over £50, but should the order be urgent we are able to offer a Next Day Delivery service, charged at £4.50.

How long will it take?
Items will be dispatched the same day provided the order is placed before 15:00 Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday, unless the order is placed after 15:00 in which case delivery will be on Tuesday. A signature will be required on receipt, and if the parcel can't be delivered then the carrier will return it to the local depot and leave a card to notify you.

Which courier do you use?
We use Parcelforce for all our UK deliveries. Deliveries to the Channel Isles and BFPO may be handled by Royal Mail depending on the weight and value of the order.

When will you deliver?
Parcelforce usually attempts delivery anytime between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Do I need to sign for the delivery?
a signature is required but if you're not available our courier may try a neighbour and post a card at your address to let you know. If you're unlikely to be around it's probably best to send the order to your work address.

Can I send my order to another address?
You can select a different address during the checkout but it must be a work address.

Can I track my delivery?
Tracking is not normally required on UK deliveries, if however you havent received your order after 48 hours from receiving the order shipped email then contact us and we can provide it.
Will you deliver to me?
Main Source will deliver anywhere in the UK and The Rest of the World. If your country isnt listed, contact us and we will sort it out for you.

Who will deliver the parcel?
Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the service you choose. We'll send you an email once the order has been despatched to let you know which carrier has taken your parcel.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

Can I track my delivery?
It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. Contact us and we can forward you a tracking number if available.

Do I pay customs or import charges?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
